The Multilayer Ultrasonic Welder ML64OU from INPEKO guarantees a highly accurate semi-automatic to fully automatic plate building solution based on ultrasound. The machine has a unique handling and alignment system whereby an accuracy of < 10µm is achieved
Two to six camera systems can be used to align the layers. Ultrasonic technology allows sub-second welds at four positions simultaneously.
