MCV-630/720 C

Scoring machine

Fully automated V-scoring system with optical alignment. Direct recognition of the marking or pin holes leads to fewer deviations between V-Score lines and the patterns of the board. High accuracy. With its special brackets also suitable for very thin panels. Specialized equipment for scoring aluminum while avoiding scratching.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • PCB thickness from 0,3 to 3,2 mm
  • Pitch parallelism; Pitch accuracy ± 0,03 mm
  • Jumping score function
  • Less floor space
  • Loading/unloading with cassette systems (e.g. Kuttler)
