When the Corona pandemic hit the world, many companies hat to face completely new challenges. SAT Electronic and its employees were no exception and had to take up this new task as well. It is always our primary goal to keep customer service going to guarantee your process stability. We are striving to be accessible and ready to help at all times.
With quick action and process adaption
we at SAT Electronic have been able to keep our business going throughout all phases of the pandemic. Solutions for travel restrictions and home office requirements had to be found. When the pandemic first began, we were able to provide a solution for working from home to every one of our employees. The necessary technical requirements were implemented within only a few days. Our competent team quickly collected all travel restriction regulations for our technicians and made it possible for them to keep traveling to our clients.
Our purchasing department swiftly ordered the necessary protective equipment, Corona-self tests are available on site for all of our workers.
Surviving the pandemic without getting infected
So far, we have not had even one case of Covid-19 in our company. Well organized crisis management and excellent teamwork of all our employees enabled us to implement our hygiene concepts swiftly and smoothly.
Protective masks, self tests and the option to work out of the home office will, of course, continue to be available to our employees. After each client visit our technicians are tested at an official testing station.
