Multilayer Ultrasonic Welding Machine
The high-accuracy plate building solution, based on ultrasound, offers a semi-automatic to fully automatic function. The machine features a unique handling and alignment system that achieves a remarkable accuracy of less than 10 microns. Two to six camera systems can be used to precisely align layers.
Thanks to ultrasonic technology, the machine enables welding at four positions simultaneously in under one second. The plate building solution is controlled via an operating system with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. This facilitates easy connection to customer systems, such as ERP, SAP, MDE and BDE, according to customer specifications.
Die Maschine verfügt standardmäßig über zwei Kameras, die eine präzise Erfassung der Lage sicherstellen und einen falschen Lagenaufbau verhindern. Dank des geringen Platzbedarfs von nur 1300 x 3100 Millimetern lässt sich die Maschine problemlos in bestehende Produktionslinien integrieren.
