Modular single spindle drilling machine. X-ray drilling machine. Assures high accuracy and high productivity. The bonded area allows single registrations as well as measurement of special configurations. The machine has two new independent heads equipped with high speed spindle and CCD camera each and two micro-focus X-ray sources which assure high definition of projected image. The function "one-step-drill" allows high-precision drilling.

GIGA 8888 is an 8 spindle micro drilling machine that allows the drilling of small diameter holes in high production volume. The 8 head machine concept is an innovative solution and gets advantages vs. the traditional multi-spindle machine.

A dual high speed microdrilling / routing machine able to process different panel sizes according tot he configured pindle selection. The working area can be used dependent if only one or both spindles are to be used. This way oversized panels up to 50" length can be worked on.

5 spindle drilling machine. A dedicated routing machine designed to speed up the normal setup procedure thanks to its simple system of automatic pin take off. The independent Z axis and the large working area make the FORMA the perfect machine for heavy duty routing processes.

2 + 2 Drilling machine. Two plus two independent drilling/routing units with wide range of configurations to process different panel sizes according to the configured spindle selection. A very large working area is available. The tool change system is available for 154 tools per spindle or up to 308 tools or as chain tool change magazine with 1300 tools. The automation is available by means of two trolleys, each has 18 shelves.

Automatic bevelling machine. High speed, high accuracy and fully automated Multilayer Share/Bevelling processing technology with x-ray alignment. Registration via optical marks (MCM-700) or via an internal mark identified through x-ray measurements (MRC-700A).

Scoring machine. Fully automatic V-scoring system with optical alignment. Direct recognition of the marker or pin holes leads to less deviations between V-Score lines and the patterns of the board. High accuracy. Through special holders also suitable for very thin panels. Special equipment to etch aluminum, to avoid scratching.

Bevelling machine. Complete handling shearing/edging/corners in one system and clamping. High accuracy over a rotating plate. High capacity with an optimal beveling quality.

CO2 Laser Drilling System. With high accuracy digital Galvano scanners, over all position accuracy materialize less than 10 µm. Processing station of a new design reviews the structure and considered to a vibration and heat influence and be enabling high accuracy processing by original low center and gravity structure.
