S280 Horizontal flying probe tester - for higher volume testing

Equipped with 8 completely independent movable probes. Thanks to the third generation of linear guides the S280 is able to achieve maximum speed with very high accuracy and measurement repeatability. Kelvin measurement is just a software option.
